BGT Jobs & Training is partnering with McFall Real Estate Ballan to recruit an Administration Support Trainee. You’ll be employed by BGT and hosted with McFall Real Estate while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.

This is a hands-on role in a local real estate office, where you’ll build skills in customer service, administration, phone enquiries, appointments, business systems and day-to-day office support.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, well-presented and willing to learn. Attention to detail, a good phone manner and an interest in business, administration or real estate will help you settle in well.
